Join our dedicated Data Enrichment team as a Data Entry Associate, where you'll play a vital role in supporting data enrichment tasks for a leading healthcare client. Your commitment to quality will be essential as you contribute to our quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and complete enrichment tasks as outlined in training provided by the client.
Perform credentialing-related duties, including data entry for applications, verifying vendor resources, and confirming board certifications.
Follow up with various state boards and credentialing bodies to obtain status updates and verifications.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in line with industry standards.
Verify information submitted by third-party entities using online databases for cross-checking details.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Compensation: $16 USD/hour

Qualifications:

At least 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service-related role is preferred.
Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Excellent command of the English language.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a work-from-home environment.
Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
