Financial Representative – Entry Level (Contract-to-Perm)
Location: SLC area
Pay Rate: $21–$23/hour

Our client, a leading Investment Management firm in the SLC area, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Financial Representatives/Operations Support . This is a contract with high opportunity to convert , offering the chance to launch your career in financial operations with a globally recognized firm.
Responsibilities:
Provide client support, addressing inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
Assist with processing, validating, and maintaining financial data across internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Sales) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements within the operations team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field is preferred
High School diploma is mandatory
0–2 years of experience in financial services, banking, or related experience (recent grads encouraged to apply)
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly
