We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. Bring nonprofit campaigns to life through meaningful, in-person engagement at community events and grassroots outreach—no cold calls, no scripts, just authentic conversations that empower change.
We partner with leading 501(c)(3) nonprofits, advocacy groups, and socially responsible brands to raise awareness, inspire action, and build lasting donor relationships. Through live events and face-to-face outreach, we create genuine connections that drive social impact.
As the public voice of our nonprofit partners, you’ll represent powerful social causes and foster community support by engaging directly with people at live events, fundraisers, and outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs.
Engage authentically with the public to share inspiring messages about nonprofit missions and social causes.
Educate and motivate individuals to get involved and support charitable initiatives.
Build meaningful relationships to encourage ongoing donor engagement.
Collaborate with outreach teams to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution.
