Customer Service Representative
Location: Troy, Mi
Pay: $17-hour
Hybrid: 3 days in (Tues-Thur), 2 days out
 
Shifts:
8am-5pm / 10am-7pm / 11am-8pm / 1pm-10pm
*Must be available to work any day (including weekends) and any shift
 
Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join the team at 1-800 HANSONS . As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining office and remote work. Looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging tone during customer interactions, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Gather relevant information from customers to create accurate customer profiles in our database.
  • Enter detailed notes into customer profiles to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Review sales schedules and coordinate appointments between customers and sales representatives.
  • Utilize multiple screens efficiently to navigate between customer profiles, notes, and scheduling systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and managers on Microsoft Teams or Zoom while on customer calls.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all customer service guidelines.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills, with the ability to work off multiple screens simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
