Contracts Administrator
Location: Boise, ID (ONSITE)
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
Position Summary:
CV Resources is excited to partner with a leading construction firm in the search for a talented Contracts Administrator to manage all sales and supply contracts. This role is pivotal in overseeing the contracting process, ensuring compliance, and supporting project financials. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Escrow Management: Set up escrow companies, negotiate, and finalize escrow agent agreements.
Contracting & Document Control: Assist with the entire contracting process and manage document control.
Payment Schedules: Develop explicit schedules for payments and deposits to align with project timelines.
Cash Flow Analysis: Create templates demonstrating project cash flow based on milestone schedules by week; communicate with clients and banks.
Invoicing & Payments: Generate invoices and provide wiring instructions for deposits and payments in accordance with contract terms.
Financial Tracking: Establish and maintain accounting logs that track deposit dates, invoice status, and payment progression throughout the project lifecycle.
Certifications & Insurance: Secure payment certifiers, obtain project-specific insurance quotes, and manage insurance placement and collections.
Bonding: Oversee bonding processes and manage related invoices and collections.
Escrow Monitoring: Track escrow account funding and negotiate with local title companies as needed.
Valuation & Taxes: Calculate unit values per contract draw, verify state and local tax rates, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and business licenses.
Insurance & Lien Releases: Manage requests for insurance certificates and oversee conditional/unconditional lien releases.
Template Improvement: Continuously refine contract and exhibit templates to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Strong background in contract administration, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industries.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage complex projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
Proficiency in financial tracking and cash flow analysis.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with escrow management, tax compliance, and insurance processes is a plus.
