What You’ll Do• Supervise all contents technicians, temporary labor, and subcontractors
• Serve as the on-site job supervisor and primary contact for homeowners and adjusters
• Make decisions regarding salvageable vs. non-salvageable items
• Complete homeowner paperwork, documentation, and inventory records
• Ensure jobsite safety, security, and compliance with company policies
• Participate in catastrophe/emergency response and on-call coverage
• Operate large vehicles (DOT required), performing inspections and keeping vehicles in clean, serviceable condition
• Oversee packing, loading, transport, disassembly/reassembly, and debris removal
• Perform and supervise mitigation services, including cleaning, deodorization, air filtration, and laundering
• Conduct inventorying, photographing, and maintaining chain of custody for all contents
• Support development of content scope of work, including test cleaning and selecting cleaning/ deodorization methods
• Provide excellent customer service while safeguarding property and sensitive information
• Communicate proactively about jobsite conditions and concerns
• Maintain housekeeping standards for safe, organized worksites
• Train, mentor, and develop team members
Who You Are
• Hold a valid DOT physical (ability to drive 16–26 ft. trucks)
• 2+ years of contents or specialty restoration experience preferred
• Background in moving, storage, or restoration facilities
• Experienced in supervising and training team members
• Familiar with restoration practices following fire and water loss
• Knowledge of chemical cleaning products and materials
• Matterport experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Comfortable working independently and in teams
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and on-call as needed
• Open to periodic travel
• Physically able to:
• Frequently lift 5–50 lbs unassisted and 40+ lbs assisted
• Work in tight spaces and at heights over 5 feet
• Sustain standing, walking, bending, sitting, and kneeling
• Meet annual fit testing for half and full mask respirators
