Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects in the Las Vegas area . This role requires hands-on field leadership, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with contract documents and company standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple trades on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deadlines.
• Lead and manage field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship and productivity.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Work closely with project managers, owners, and architects to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Maintain detailed daily reports, progress photos, and documentation of job site activities.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Manage project closeout, including punch lists and final inspections.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects .
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and project sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
