We are hiring a Construction Project Manager!
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This includes managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, permits, materials, and on-site operations. The Project Manager ensures each project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
· Develop project timelines, budgets, and work schedules.
· Monitor daily field operations and address issues as they arise.
· Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
· Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
· Issue RFI’s, change orders, and manage document control.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
· Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
· Track and report on project progress, costs, and forecasts.
· Support the closeout process, including punch list, final inspections, and handoff.
· Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills (MUST HAVE)
· OSHA 30 certification preferred (or OSHA 10 minimum).
· Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
· Experience in commercial, residential, or underground utility projects.
· Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance.
· Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
· Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
· Minimum 5 years of hands-on construction experience as a lead, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

· Comfortable with daily reporting, documentation, and communicating with project managers, project engineers and foreman crews.
· Proficiency with jobsite software, mobile apps, or digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, etc.).
Work Environment
· Lift up to 25 lbs.
· Navigate active construction sites safely.
· Ability to work extended hours and weekends as project needs dictation.
· Combination of office and field work. Must be able to visit and inspect job sites regularly.
