Overview ATN is seeking energetic event support staff for an upcoming web services conference. As part of our team you will be providing general support for this event. We offer a flexible schedule that allows you to select dates/shifts that align with your availability and schedule. Location, Date and Hours Las Vegas, NV Sunday, November 30th – Thursday, December 4th (staff not required to work all dates; priority booking will be given to those who can) Shift times and duration vary per role and shift. Most shifts are 7–12 hours. Please discuss your availability with the staffing team when interviewing. We will do our best to place you in your preferred shift. Job Duties A brief paid training is provided on each event day and staff may be rotated between roles as needed Welcome guests and distribute pertinent information Assist with a seamless registration and check-in processes Offer directional support and manage lines efficiently Ensure room organization and monitor assigned areas Provide general event assistance as assigned Qualifications Exhibit an outgoing and friendly demeanor, consistently upholding a professional image Previous brand ambassador, promo model, event, hospitality, retail and/or other customer facing experience Advancement Opportunities Successful candidates may be considered for future roles within this program and other similar events.
