Overview

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Mountain View, California.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation points for questions arising during enhanced due diligence reviews conducted by the immediate teams on newly onboarded customers, existing customers triggering for EDD, and during Periodic Reviews
• Operationalize and standardize Compliances Enhanced Due Diligence policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to US and international regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to streamline processes that empower the Customer Experience/IOS teams
• Work closely with Audit and Compliance Monitoring and Testing teams to ensure controls and procedures are adhered to and implement appropriate updates where gaps are identified
• Communicate with internal and external partners in an effective, organized, and insightful manner
• Utilize an in-depth understanding of workflows to analyze and report on trends, issues, and quality defects

Qualifications / Desired Skills

• 4+ years experience, preferably in financial services, technology, or quality and training
• Working knowledge of U.S. and international AML laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with G Suite applications, Excel, and Word
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth, fast-paced organization, including working across time zones
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
