About The Opportunity As a Community Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for the Community and act as the “face” of WeWork. You will report to your building to support the Community Management team. Your work will include duties listed below to help WeWork achieve its mission. Responsibilities Front Desk Management: cover the front desk during the building’s set business hours and be an on-site point of contact; greet members and guests; ensure guest sign-in compliance; learn member/guest names to build relationships; anticipate needs; keep forms up to date; maintain a clean, organized desk; notify members of deliveries; answer questions about the building, policies, and procedures. Events And Membership Engagement: provide feedback on programming; celebrate members& milestones; promote events with posters; ensure operational requirements for events (elevators, HVAC); input notes into the system about members; identify opportunities to connect members; know local services and venues; engage on the WeWork member network; communicate building updates. Building Operations And Management: manage mail and mailroom processes; locate and issue posts; keep mailroom organized; manage returns after 30 days; verify courier details; resolve lost packages; manage keys, keycards, and inventory; review emergency equipment; support automated coffee service for guests and members. Qualifications College degree preferred but not required; customer service and/or sales experience a plus. Strong verbal and written communication; outstanding interpersonal and multitasking skills. Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion. Passion for entrepreneurial communities and WeWork's mission and values. Proficient in basic computer skills. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 hourly Incentive Compensation: Plan applicable per role; terms provided after commencement. Benefits: Full-time employees eligible for benefits including 20 days PTO, ~13 paid holidays, 80 hours paid sick time per year, 16 weeks paid parental leave, healthcare, 401k, life/AD&D insurance.
