CNC Machinist – Ethridge, TN

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our team at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ethridge, TN. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled, motivated individuals who take pride in precision work and want to be part of a collaborative, people-first culture.

About the Role

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for producing custom precision parts used in heavy construction equipment. You’ll operate a variety of CNC and conventional machines, ensure all parts meet exact specifications, and play a key role in maintaining production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and conventional machines, including lathes, radial drill presses, horizontal boring mills, and align bores.
• Set up and run equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Read, understand, and interpret engineered drawings, blueprints, and verbal instructions.
• Produce high-quality parts within tight tolerances.
• Verify part dimensions using measuring tools and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of machining experience (CNC or conventional).
• Experience with setup, operation, and measurement of machined parts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs 6:00 AM–3:30 PM, Fri 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs 3:30 PM–2:00 AM (Shift incentive applies)
• Overtime available
