The Opportunity: Integrated DC

We are seeking an experienced DC with a proven track record (5+ years required) to become a vital member of our multidisciplinary team. You will leverage top-tier equipment and cutting-edge therapies to drive superior clinical outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Patient Success Driver

As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll drive patient success through:

• Comprehensive Diagnostics: Conduct thorough assessments, including health history reviews, physical exams, neuromusculoskeletal evaluations, and interpretation of imaging (X-rays, MRIs) to pinpoint issues and craft tailored diagnoses .
• Precision Treatment: Deliver precise manual adjustments, spinal manipulations, and supportive therapies to optimize alignment, reduce pain, and boost overall function.
• Integrated Plan Design: Design personalized treatment plans that seamlessly weave in regenerative medicine, rehabilitative exercises (from stretching to strengthening), and lifestyle guidance to achieve Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI) and prevent regression.
• Patient Education & Enrollment: Educate patients on the lifelong advantages of integrated care, promoting our holistic programs, and actively highlighting our clinic's unique integrated services to inspire commitment and program enrollment .
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with medical providers, rehab specialists, and fellow chiropractors to ensure cohesive, high-quality care in a synergistic care model.
• Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain meticulous patient records , tracking progress, and adhering to all regulatory standards, including knowledge of CMS (Medicare) Local Coverage Determination for Chiropractic care.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry advancements in chiropractic, regenerative, and rehab fields through ongoing education and research application.

Schedule & Qualifications

Office Hours (Full-Time)

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:15 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Required Education & Experience

• Education: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution.
• License/Certification: Active Florida chiropractic license (Required).
• Experience: 5+ years of practicing Chiropractic Medical experience (Required).
• Credentials: Medicare PTAN number and Client credentials (or eligibility to obtain).
• Insurance: Full eligibility for malpractice insurance in Florida.
• Expertise Focus: Proven experience in enhancing comprehensive intersegmental range of motion (ROM) , promoting natural healing, and guiding patients through progressive exercises to MMI —plus maintenance strategies to avoid future decline.

Key Knowledge & Skills

• Deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and integrated therapies.
• Knowledge and basic understanding of regenerative therapies and injections .
• Sharp diagnostic skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to motivate patients toward proactive health choices.
