Through person-centered and evidence-based care, our client provides a broad range of services including Care Coordination, Employment Support, and Financial Management. They serve individuals and their families across the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. They have aggressive growth plans within their existing services as well as into the for-profit healthcare and human services space.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors, the CAO will lead Finance, Human Resources, IT, Facilities, and Continuous Improvement. They will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth by leading financial strategy, shaping a high-performing organizational structure, and empowering teams with the guidance, development, and support needed to execute key business initiatives successfully.
