We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Cherry Picker and Stand-up Forklift Driver to support our replenishment operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and order availability by breaking case packs and restocking pick bins with loose product. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at height, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) forklift and Stand-Up Reach forklift safely and efficiently.
• Pull and replenish product from overstock locations to pick bins; break open cases into individual units as needed.
• Handle products with precision to maintain accuracy and prevent damage.
• Use RF scanner to track inventory movements and ensure real-time updates.
• Safely secure and transport loads at elevation (up to 30 feet).
• Perform regular equipment checks and report any issues or concerns.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
• Support general warehouse functions as needed.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of Cherry Picker experience required – must be comfortable operating at elevated heights.
• Previous stand up reach forklift operation experience required.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Able to twist, squat, and bend during shift
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work full-time, 40+ hours per week
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to lift 50 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Primarily inside climate controlled building
