summary ResourceMFG is now hiring for a Chemical Blender Pay is $18.00 per hour. Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm. Job Responsibilities Work with raw materials to create chemical mixtures in blending tank for commercial/industrial use Verify quantities of materials and ingredients Use mixers, scales, meters, and pumps to ensure that the proper quantity of each chemical batch goes into the proper storage container Responsible for the setup and cleanup of all raw materials before and after mixing batches Observe all safety, PPE, and quality procedures while completing daily tasks Assist with managing material inventory Assist with other duties as assigned required-skills: Job Requirements Forklift Operations of 6 months in the last 2 years Experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manual Ability to adapt and work in a time-critical manufacturing environment with deadline Ability to effectively troubleshoot, communicate with others in a positive manner, and work independently with minimal supervision Ability to climb steps, stoop, bend, twist, and maintain body equilibrium to prevent falling; ability to lift/pull up to 60 lbs.
