CDL A LTL Team Drivers Hazmat/Tank at XPO summary:

XPO LTL Team Drivers are experienced teams required to transport LTL freight between company facilities. They operate without touching freight, earning 91 cents per mile, plus traffic pay for delays, and enjoy full health benefits from day one. Drivers work a typical schedule of 5 days on, 2 days off, averaging $1,730-$1,923 weekly gross income per driver.

XPO LTL Team Drivers - Existing Teams Only - 100% No Touch - 91 CPM, split + Traffic Pay 
Established teams for LTL between XPO facilities. Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements all required

• 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule
• 91 cents per mile , split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
• Traffic pay - $33.07for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
• $1,730-$1,923 weekly average gross per driver
• Full health insurance benefits available on day one
• LTL freight, in house and no touch. All loads are between XPO facilities.

Being an XPO Team Driver requires the ability work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, as an over the road team truck driver. A team driver must be able and willing to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
