Job Description Job Description Location: Downtown Milwaukee We’re hiring five new team members to join a seasoned group of Arts Sales and Fundraising Professionals supporting performing arts organizations across the country. About the Role This is a 100% outbound calling position to warm leads — no cold calling. Your work directly supports annual fund and operating campaigns that help arts organizations bridge the gap between ticket revenue and total operating costs. You’ll engage with arts patrons, share the impact of their giving, and help secure essential funding to sustain vibrant arts programs nationwide. Compensation Base pay: $15/hour Average earnings: $18–$20/hour with incentives, including attendance bonus Full-time opportunities available for experienced fundraisers with proven track records Schedule Requirements Must be available for at least three evenings , Monday–Thursday Saturday morning shift required: 9 AM–1 PM Weekday shifts typically run 5 PM–9 PM (flexible start time based on hiring agreement) Part-time minimum: Three weekday evenings Saturday shift Full-time roles may include expanded hours What We’re Looking For Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals Articulate, professional communicators Dependable and punctual (attendance incentives offered) Maintain a high level of discretion with donor information Comfortable with long periods of computer-based work Positive attitude and commitment to team success Why Join Us?
