About Us

Crown Display is a fast-growing leader in partyware and consumer goods, offering 2,500+ SKUs across major retailers, online marketplaces, and our own vertically integrated operations. We’re expanding our Party Solids line and building a family of brands across multiple categories.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Brand & Creative Manager to own and execute our brand identity across all product lines. You’ll design packaging and marketing materials, create high-level pitch decks for retailers, distributors, and licensing opportunities, and help shape the creative direction as our brand grows. Experience in the party space is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain brand identity for Crown Display and its family of brands
• Design packaging, marketing materials, and product presentation guides
• Create pitch decks for retailers, distributors, and licensors
• Build and enforce brand guidelines across ecommerce, retail, and licensing
• Collaborate with product development, sales, ecommerce, and licensing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Plan and manage creative workflows; support future expansion of the branding function

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in branding, design, or creative leadership, preferably in CPG, retail, consumer goods, or partyware
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, packaging, and marketing materials
• Comfortable doing hands-on work while supporting brand strategy and growth
• Excellent design, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
