What your day looks like...

This position will actively market Heart by working at our booth in Park Meadows, at home shows, and other public events meeting with potential clients and discussing the services that Heart provides, and the benefits of working with our company for their home service needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for increasing company’s visibility and awareness in the community.
2. Be fully knowledgeable of the products and services that Heart offers in order to present an informed appearance to potential clients.
3. Must be comfortable with talking with potential customers.
4. Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish) is helpful.
5. Must remain motivated at all times to drive new business to Heart.
6. Must be an independent-minded self-starter able to keep themselves busy with minimal supervision.
7. Conduct daily activities with the highest level of honesty and integrity, and always display a positive attitude toward fellow team members. Understand that any misrepresentation to a client or any member of leadership is grounds for immediate dismissal.
8. Arrive on time for sales training meetings conducted by the Sales and/or Marketing Manager.
9. Obey company Code of Ethics and the Company Rules.
10. Other duties as assigned.

None.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Background check and drug test required for hire. Heart is a drug free employer, which includes marijuana
3. Must have transportation to get to/from work
4. Must have at least a working knowledge of the Heart service area

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in a sales or customer service role helpful but not required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS

1. Will experience indoor shopping center environment with moderate noise level due to location activity.
2. Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
3. May experience extended periods of standing and walking during your work day.
4. Dress code is the company provided uniform.
