What you'll be doing

1. Reconcile cash drawers with variance review, analysis, and bank deposit
2. Post daily sales totals in Excel sales journal
3. Enter accounts payable invoices and house account deposits
4. Reconcile daily credit and gift card transactions to POS and Bank
5. Prepare location payroll, bi-weekly, including review of employee punches, pay rates, and total hours worked to ensure accurate processing by corporate office
6. Prepare month-end reports for processing by corporate office

Skills you'll bring along

1. 2-4 years’ experience with Accounts Payable and Payroll preferred
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills
4. Active problem solver
5. Sets appropriate deadlines and follows through on commitments.

Pay: Based on experience

Job Type

1. Full time position
2. Monday through Friday including some hoildays
3. Position requires sitting for extended periods of time.
4. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
