As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Body Shop Manager to join our team and lead our body shop operations to new heights.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Body Shop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our body shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring the quality and efficiency of repairs, and providing excellent customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of automotive repair processes, and the ability to maintain a productive and safe work environment.

The Position Responsibilities:

• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of Body shop department staff.
• Manage and oversee all body shop operations, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Effectively takes care of customer and employee concerns in the Body shop department.
• Responsible for managing an efficient and profitable Body shop department.
• Forecasts goals and objectives for the Body shop department and strives to meet them each day.
• Ensures that the Estimate Process runs smoothly, customers are communicated with timely, and that the work is being distributed in the most efficient way
• Provides high-quality repairs that minimize comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality
• Ensures the Collision shop employees have current tools and training
• Possess strong communication skills in order to work closely with other dealership employees and customers
• Serves as the liaison with the factory representative.
• Establishes and retains good working relationships with insurance companies and employees
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that complies with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of automotive body repair procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and cost control.
• Proficiency in using shop management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Valid Driver's license
