Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support. Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule: Pay Range: $75,000 - $83,000 / per year Full-Time: 40 Hours Per Week or Part-Time Available Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability Location: St. Louis, MO Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications: Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
