Behavior Technician
Location: Farmington, MI 48331

Compensation: $20.00 per hour (estimated)
Position Summary:
Seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children and teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role is focused on delivering individualized therapy and supporting skill development in a structured and engaging clinical environment. Training and certification support is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one with children and adolescents with autism
Teach language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills
Maintain a positive, interactive environment
Build rapport with clients and families
Accurately document behavior and session data
Collaborate with clinical and therapy teams
Complete and maintain certification requirements
Schedule:
Part-time and full-time schedules available
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
At least 1 year of experience with transportation for work
Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Preferred:
Prior experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
Training in behavioral health or related fields
Certifications and Training:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required (support available for obtaining)
Safety-Care Training (QBS) required or to be completed upon hire
