AS A STOCKROOM ASSOCIATE A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

1. Being part of a team that drives sales through delivering legendary guest experiences
2. Receiving deliveries and unloading merchandise from truck
3. Processing merchandise received and preparing stock for selling floor placement
4. Utilizing hand tools and instructions to assemble product in a safe and efficient manner that meets quality standards
5. Executing timely implementation of store merchandising direction, standards, product flow, inventory flexing, adjacencies, planograms, and store operations functions to ensure consistency of brand experience
6. Maintaining organization and housekeeping duties in stockroom and receiving areas
7. Engaging in teamwork to accomplish goals
8. Upholds all safety standards
9. Performs other duties as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BEALLS FLORIDA STOCKROOM ASSOCIATE:

1. Prior receiving, processing, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred
2. Must have strong verbal communication skills
3. Work both independently and with a team to accomplish tasks, solve problems, and achieve goals
4. Helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
5. Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
6. Utilization of PDA and POS Systems
7. Ability to work varying hours and schedules to include early mornings, days, mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

1. Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations
2. Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 40 pounds
3. Must have full body rotation and mobility (i.e. – bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching)
4. Must be able to climb a 12ft ladder for maintaining and displaying merchandise
5. Must be able to reach a minimum of 60 inches for stocking and maintaining merchandise
6. Must possess reliable transportation
