Our current talent search includes Entry Level and Experienced Automotive Service Technicians for Audi, Ford, Honda, Jaguar-Land Rover-Volvo, Lexus, Nissan, Porsche, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen, all located near our Indianapolis headquarters. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing a repair, if authorized by the Customer.
• Accurately documenting vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Valid driver license, maintaining a safe driving record
• ASE/Manufacturer certifications a plus and /or previous Automotive Technician experience
