We are currently looking for a Board Certified (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to join our Los Banos, CA region.
Job Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor position entails.
This position entails working predominantly in the Los Banos Clinic with minimal home cases in Los Banos. Clients are majority Clinic Based.
Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of approved behavioral and skills assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP; Vineland) and functional behavioral assessments.
Develops individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and clinic-based programs, and designs Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs) based on functional behavioral assessment data.
Trains Behavior Therapists on program implementation and Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
Conducts Parent/caregiver consultation and training.
Conducts client group social skills programs.
Conducts ongoing client program supervision of Behavior Therapists and Behavior Consultants assigned to them for supervision by Genesis clinical operations (this is not the same as certification or licensure supervision).
Completes all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner and as requested by Genesis operations. This includes agency internal documents, such as Human Resources and Insurance Credentialing documents, and client documents such as, but not limited to, Assessment Reports, Treatment Plans, and Reportable Event Forms.
Responds to client appointments and meetings in a timely and appropriate manner.
Participates in professional meetings or conferences deemed to be beneficial by Genesis Behavior Center, Inc.

Work with the Program Director, and works with a team of Behavior Therapists and other related specialists, to provide a range of Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) assessment and clinical services for children with autism spectrum disorders, developmental disabilities, and other related conditions.
Conducts assessments using assessment tools preapproved by Genesis clinical operations, writes Treatment Plans, provides case consultations, provides training to Parents/caregivers, conducts functional behavioral assessments, designs Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs) for clients, and engages in other associated duties as determined by Genesis clinical operations.
Responsible for coordinating, communicating and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional behavioral assessments, PBIPs, and individual treatment plans for clients on their caseload. Upon approval from Genesis clinical operations, the BCBA provides supervision for Genesis employees seeking certification as a BCBA, BCaBA, BCAT, RBT, or similarly accredited and accepted certifications in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, and as approved by Genesis clinical operations.
The BCBA is required to adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Guidelines for Responsible Conduct for Behavior Analysts. The BCBA maintains a weekly billable caseload of service hours as determined by Genesis clinical and program operations.

1 to 2 years of experience
Masters Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field.
