Nicolini, Paradise, Ferretti & Sabella, PLLC, an established Long Island insurance defense firm, seeks an experienced trial attorney to handle *general liability, construction and labor law defense *matters in New York City and on Long Island.

Responsibilities:
The candidate will have experience in managing a caseload from inception to trial, conducting depositions, meeting and working with clients, meeting with expert witnesses, drafting motions and discovery demands and responses, drafting pleadings, mediations and/or arbitrations, and handling all aspects of a case up to and including trial.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 7+ years of general liability, construction law, insurance law, labor law and personal injury litigation experience.

-NY Bar admission required.

-Experience working on New York Labor Law litigation matters in State court. Federal Court a plus.

- Ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial. Must have trial experience with a proven track record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
