We're Hiring: Child & Family Clinician (Bilingual - Spanish)

Location: San Mateo, CA | Hybrid (Up to 60% Onsite)

Position Type: Associate-Level Role (AMFT / ASW)

Salary: $75,000 – $76,125 annually

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hrs./week | No evenings, weekends or on call

We are expanding our Mental Health team and looking for a compassionate Child & Family Clinician to join our mission-driven organization.

Your Role

As a Child & Family Clinician, you will provide mental health assessments, individual, family, and group therapies to individuals and families who have been impacted by domestic violence.

• You will be stationed at the safe house and expected to travel to and from the Transitional Housing apartments, Emergency Safe houses, and Community office as needed.
• Approximately 60% of your time will be spent in direct client care, with the remaining 40% dedicated to supervision, documentation, meetings, and collaboration. Caseloads are determined in partnership with your supervisor based on complexity and client needs.
• You may also participate in support groups and represent CORA at community partner presentations.

Qualifications

• AMFT or ASW (license-eligible; clinical supervision provided)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience or strong interest in working with survivors of trauma and domestic violence
• Familiarity or training in trauma-informed modalities such as CBT, Play Therapy, or Sandplay is preferred
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn and contribute
