Senior Anesthesiologist - Leadership Opportunity | Up to $800K + $50K Sign-on Bonus

Join a prestigious healthcare facility in scenic southwestern North Dakota as a Senior Anesthesiologist. We're seeking an experienced physician to provide comprehensive anesthesia services in a modern, well-equipped facility with state-of-the-art technology and a collaborative team environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive perioperative care across diverse surgical cases
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and risk assessments
• Administer and monitor various types of anesthesia including regional, general, and monitored anesthesia care
• Specialize in orthopedic, OB/GYN, and ophthalmological procedures
• Conduct post-operative patient monitoring and pain management
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum 1 year post-residency experience
• Active or eligible for North Dakota medical license
• Board certification in Anesthesiology
• Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• Active DEA license
• Expertise in regional blocks, lumbar punctures, and advanced airway management
• Proficiency with Meditech EHR system

Schedule and Compensation:

• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Favorable 1:5 call rotation
• W2 Employment: Up to $780,000 annually ($375/hr)
• 1099 Contract: Up to $800,000 annually ($395/hr)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• $15,000 relocation assistance
• Comprehensive benefits package for W2 employees
