Anesthesiologist in North Dakota - Dickinson-ND - Full-Time (FTE) - Direct Hire - W2 or 1099

Position: Anesthesiologist in North Dakota

Job Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Location: Dickinson-ND

Base Salary: $780,000 to $800,000 + Best-in-class benefits

Job Duty Summary:

  1. The Anesthesiologist provides full-scope anesthesia care for a variety of procedures, including ortho, OB/GYN, and eye cases.
  2. Duties include preoperative assessments, administering anesthesia, and post-operative care in an independent, collaborative environment.

Schedule:

  1. Full-time, 40 hours/week.
  2. Call rotation: 1:5.
  3. Schedule: 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred):

Years of Experience:

  • 1+ years of anesthesia experience required.

Education:

  • MD/DO Degree from an accredited College of Medicine.

Licenses:

  • Active Physician License (or eligibility).

Certifications:

  • ACLS, PALS, and BLS required.
  • DEA License.

Personality Factors:

  • Compassionate and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Systems Used: Meditech EHR.

Ideal Candidate Features:

  • Proficiency in blocks, lumbar punctures, and intubation.

Pay Summary:

W2 Employed (Living in the Community):

  • $375/hr.
  • Annualized: approximately $780,000 based on 2,080 hours/year.
  • Benefits: BX of Montana health insurance (employee), 401K with 3% contribution, $5,000 CME, paid professional liability insurance.
  • $15,000 relocation.
  • $50K bonus.

1099 Independent Contractor (Living in the Community):

  • $395/hr.
  • Annualized: $800K range for full-time.
  • Benefits: Paid professional liability insurance.
  • $15,000 relocation.

  • 1+ years of anesthesia experience required.

  • 1+ to 2 years experience.
