We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated educators to teach English to children between the ages of 3 and 18. This fully remote position offers flexible working hours, allowing you to teach from the comfort of your own home. You will deliver 25-minute one-on-one lessons using Total Physical Response (TPR) techniques to engage and inspire students. All training and teaching materials will be provided, so you can focus on delivering an exceptional learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging one-on-one English classes for children aged 3 to 18
Deliver 25-minute lessons using TPR methods to keep students actively engaged
Bring energy, approachability, and reliability to every class
Commit to a minimum of 10 peak hours per week (with flexible scheduling)
Follow provided curriculum and teaching materials
Be punctual and prepared for each lesson, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, English, or Literature)
A valid teaching license or certificate issued by a recognized agency, or a 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of teaching experience, ideally in a public or international school setting
Ability to effectively teach using the TPR method

Technical Requirements:
A reliable PC or Mac (Windows Intel Core i5 2.3 GHz or higher, MacBook Pro/iMac post-2016, MacBook Air post-2020) with at least 8GB RAM
A stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps bandwidth, 10 Mbps download speed)
Necessary accessories: Noise-canceling headset, HD webcam, and a tidy, quiet, well-lit teaching space
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 6 PM to 9 PM Beijing Time
Saturday to Sunday: 9 AM to 9 PM Beijing Time
Minimum of 10 peak hours per week
