We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven individual to join our team as an Agent Trainee. This role offers a unique opportunity to excel in sales, build personal connections with clients, and gain hands-on experience in agency operations, all while setting the stage for future agency ownership.

In this sales-focused position, youll actively reach out to clients, assess their insurance needs, and close deals that truly make a difference. Working closely with the agency owner, youll develop a strong understanding of the strategies needed to run and grow a successful insurance business. Through mentorship, practical training, and ongoing support, youll refine your skills in both sales and agency operations. This role is designed to provide you with the expertise and experience required to eventually transition into agency ownership, offering a clear path toward long-term career success and entrepreneurial achievement.
