Job Description

Our client, a hedge fund, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to the Client Advisory Team while also providing general support to the NYC office. The hours are 9am-6pm with availability after-hours as needed. This role will operate on a hybrid schedule with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, specifically the Client Advisory Team
  • Calendar management; coordinate and liaise with internal employees (including portfolio managers, analysts and other admins) and external investors
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements including flights, hotel, and ground transportation
  • Process and submit expenses
  • Provide backup coverage to reception/facilities manager as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years' experience in a support capacity
  • Financial services experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Organized, flexible and proactive with a team-player mentality who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Compensation/Benefits:

  • 75-80K DOE
