• Manage accounting staff.
\n
• Oversee the General Ledger, A/P, A/R, P/R, product inventory, invoicing, banking, budgeting, and financial statement activities.
\n
• Ensure compliance with state and federal tax regulations and coordinate with outside auditors.
\n
• Manage document storage and archive process.
\n
• Provide financial analysis and reports as needed.
\n
• Assist with General Ledger maintenance, analysis and classifications.
\n
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
\n

\n
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent; preferably in Accounting, Finance or other closely related field.
\n
• CPA certification preferred.
\n
• 3+ years relevant accounting experience; preferably within a similar manufacturing environment.
\n
• Knowledge of accounting/auditing principles and practices.
\n
• Expert technology and computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel and Access.
\n
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
