Responsibilities: Managing the preparation and review of complex financial statements efficiently and timely. Resolving complex accounting issues and handling client matters within the AFO Department, updating Shareholders/Principals as needed. Preparing review notes, coaching staff, and setting performance expectations. Holding weekly client meetings regarding special projects and operational topics. Reviewing management report packages prepared by the Assistant Controller/Senior Accountant. Participating in industry niche meetings and marketing activities. Acting as a business advisor to current and prospective clients. Managing financial oversight for healthcare clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial performance optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. CPA or higher degree (e.g., MBA, Masters in Accounting) preferred. 7-10 years’ experience in public accounting, consulting, or corporate accounting. Strong technical accounting knowledge. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Experience with healthcare clients and knowledge of healthcare financial regulations. Benefits: Flexible work schedules and environment.
