Are you looking for an opportunity to explore the wealth management industry? If so, our summer internship program may be the perfect fit for you!

We have two intern positions for summer 2025 with our Centralized Client Service team.

• You will be based out of our Bellevue office, but also spend time in our other Seattle-area offices (Kirkland, Mercer Island, and Seattle)
• We have a hybrid work environment (in office 4 days per week)
• Hours are 7:00am - 4:00pm (with one hour for lunch) daily
• We prefer candidates who can work 40 hours per week but will consider those who can work 20-40 hours per week
• Work dates will be:
  • May 20th - August 20th or
  • June 20th - September 20th
  • Vacations can be accommodated, allowing you to take up to 2 weeks of unpaid time off
• Pay will be $20.00 per hour.
• We offer parking at a discounted rate or provide a transit pass

You will contribute by:

• Serving as a liaison between clients and custodians/investment managers, including managing client information and handling cashiering and money movement requests
• Opening brokerage accounts, establishing cashiering needs, and setting up online reporting access
• Sending and receiving documents to clients, their advisors, and investment custodians
• Entering and maintaining client data and activity notes in our CRM system

Experience and Skills
You will bring:

• Customer service experience and the desire to provide superior client service in a team-oriented environment
• Working towards a Bachelor's degree (graduating in December 2025 or later)
• Interest in learning about the wealth management industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
• Excellent reliability
